Return and Refund Policy
All purchases made are final. I do not generally offer refunds or returns, however I will make exception for certain situations.
Lost or stolen packages, damage during transit, or other mishandling of your package due to post office error, are all beyond my control. Please first contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
If your package arrives damaged, your items received don't match your order receipt, or you believe your order is missing and your mail carrier is unable to assist, please email me at theghostegg@gmail.com. I will do everything I can to resolve the situation. Please do not reach out to me by social media DM as I may miss your message.
Please do not file a chargeback to your credit card in the event that there is an issue with your order. Contact me and I'll do everything I can to make it right. If you do file a chargeback, I will dispute the claim and you will not be able to purchase from me in the future.

It is illegal to use, publish, or copy and reproduce the art or product designs featured for profit or promotional gain without permission.
Shop Policy
THEGHOSTEGG.shop reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, store owner has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. THEGHOSTEGG.shop shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
I pack and ship orders alone, so I thank you in advance for your patience! Orders will ship via USPS within 7-9 business days of when you place your order unless notified otherwise. Packages and letter mail should arrive in 1-2 weeks from the shipped date. If you're ordering internationally, your order may take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Ordering around holidays may delay USPS shipping and delivery times.
Why does shipping seem expensive?
Tracked shipping rates are determined automatically by USPS calculations based on package size and weight, and destination location. I do not make any profit from shipping costs.
Pre-order items may have an additional shipping cost to be shipped separately from other order items.
All shipping rates are subject to change around the holidays when USPS prices increase.
What is Sticker Mail shipping for international orders?
If your order only contains individual stickers or sticker sheets (up to 8 total) you can select Sticker Mail to receive the stickers in an untracked envelope instead of a tracked package. Washi tape, small prints, large sticker sheets, large prints, and accessories are not eligible for Sticker Mail shipping.
If you select Sticker Mail for orders that contain products other than stickers, your order will be canceled and refunded with notice by email.
Sticker mail is shipped in standard letter envelopes (like a greeting card!). When you select the Sticker Mail shipping option, you acknowledge that your order will not contain extra protective packaging, such as cardboard reinforcements, bubble wrap, etc. The customer will be responsible for any VAT or custom fees associated with letter mail in the event they are charged for such. Orders shipped via Sticker Mail that arrive damaged are not eligible for a refund or returns.
Do you collect VAT?
I am not collecting VAT import taxes in the event that they do occur. By ordering, you, the Buyer, accept liability for any VAT fees/customs charges that occur.
Can I get a tattoo of your art?
You may purchase a Tattoo Ticket from my Ko-Fi page here. This ticket is a non-physical item that gives you the right to choose one of my designs for your tattoo usage. This is a single-use purchase and does not provide the rights to use my art for any other purpose. Thank you for considering my design as a tattoo!
